Orders are fulfilled from our logistics centres in Shenzhen, China, Hong Kong, the EU, and the United States — the origin for each product is stated on its product page before you add to cart. For a full breakdown by region, see our Fulfilment Warehouses page. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (London time), Monday to Sunday, are processed within 1–3 calendar days. Public holidays are excluded.
Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days from dispatch, depending on origin, destination, and customs clearance. Timeframes are estimates — we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Customs & Duties
UK orders under £135 are not subject to import duties at the border — the price you pay at checkout is your final price. Orders over £135 are shipped without DDP terms; customs duties, import VAT, and any carrier handling fees become the customer's responsibility and will be collected prior to delivery by the courier or HMRC.
For international orders, applicable duties and taxes vary by country and are the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs and transit estimates are shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking
A tracking reference is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our logistics centre. Tracking coverage and carriers vary depending on the fulfilment origin — full details are available on your order confirmation and dispatch notification.
Damaged or Delayed Orders
Please check your order when it arrives. Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery — this does not affect your 6-month manufacturing fault guarantee. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund or reshipment under our Shipping Guarantee.
